1½ cups Southern Roots Original Granola or Flavor of Choice 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 1 tablespoon golden flax meal ½ teaspoon salt ¾ cups coarsely chopped pecans ½ cup dried blueberries 3 very ripe bananas, mashed ¼ cup coconut oil, warm enough to be liquid 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract cooking spray   Preheat oven to 350°. Recipe of the Week:  Super Quick On-the-Go Granola-Coated Frozen Bananas

1 1/2 cups Southern Roots Peanut Butter Granola, finely chopped 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter 2 tablespoons honey 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4 bananas, peeled and halved crosswise Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Put the granola in a large bowl or baking dish. Stir together the peanut butter, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl.  Insert an ice pop stick into the cut end of each banana piece. GRANOLA WITH SOUL RECIPE OF THE WEEK: SOUTHERN ROOTS' 3-INGREDIENT GRANOLA CLUSTERS

Makes 8-12 clusters ½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark) ¼ peanut, almond or sunflower seed butter 1 ½ cup Southern Roots Granola of Choice (I like to use the Louisiana Pecan Praline or Alabama Peanut Butter) 1.  Place the chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat on HIGH for 30 seconds. Whisk. Heat on HIGH for 30 seconds more. Whisk very well. If needed, heat on HIGH another 15 to 30 seconds, until just melted, and whisk.
